As Aspire To More approaches its 3rd anniversary we want to take a moment to thank everyone for their tremendous support.
The project started in Feb 2016 when a group of young people from Show Me That I Matter ( York’s Children in Care Council) along with Inspired Youth set about a journey to raise aspirations, celebrate achievements and challenge the stigma faced by Children and Young People in Care and Care Leavers.
Nearly 3 years later we are delighted to have just shared our 34th Care Leaver interview – Hannah. Each interview is unique , personal and inspirational and with over 40,000 views and almost 20,000 visitors we are delighted that the project continues to highlight those positives stories and achievements of Care Leavers – wherever they may live.
